FiberTherm special dry 140 is a fiber wood panel for thermal and acoustic insulation on the outside of flat or pitched roofs, resistant to wind and humidity. Ideal for roof insulation in wooden buildings, but also in redevelopment and new traditional buildings.

BetonWood offers FiberTherm special dry building solution, a rigid wood-fiber insulating panel that can be placed directly from the outside on the beams.
Ideally, the area must first be isolated between beams, for example with FiberTherm flex, the insulating system in flexible fiber wood panels. Often, only the old construction beams are too small to make modern insulation systems. With fiber wood FiberTherm special dry is possible to provide the additional insulation required above the beams.
The living space under the roof is not compromised.
FiberTherm special dry is an insulating panel in fiber wood for new roofs or in repair, for renovations of buildings of all kinds. The panels are made of natural fiber woods and are produced without dubious additives through a dry process. The link between fibers occurs not for added adhesives, but only thanks to its own lignin.
The insulating fiber wood panel's profile of FiberTherm special dry guarantees wind resistance, suitability and drainage of water, without further joints for roofs with at least 16° inclinations. It reduces the thermal bridges of the building, protects from hail, protects from summer heat and guarantees excellent sound insulation. The thickness of the insulating material decreases. It has a density equal to 140 kg/m³.
The material is also recyclable, it is certified and made exclusively with wood from controlled forests in compliance with the FSC guidelines (Forest Stewardship Declaration).
